This morning the four of us all piled into bed together. At one point I looked over a face Pax was making and said, "You just need some hair on your face and you would look just like Daddy!" Alayna then said, "Yeah, and you need some more hair in your nose too!"
Lol. Made me laugh for the day!

catching up...as Alayna grows up
We attended Christmas Eve service this last holiday with family. Although our kids usually go to the nursery/ sunday school rooms, this service only had nurseries available for kids up to age two. So Alayna and Alexa went into the Community Center with us. Alayna was looking all around, wide eyed. The room was decorated with lights and beautiful for the holiday so I imagined this was what her expression was about. She tugged on me and asked, "Mom, is Jesus here? Where is he?" and continued to look around. He was most certainly there.
Few mornings ago, Alayna awoke early and I brought her back to my room to sleep another hour with me. During that time, she jerked up into sitting position and asked me, "If I came from your belly, does that mean Paxon came from Daddy's belly?" I said, "No, you both came from my belly. Daddys dont have babies in their bellies." She laid back down and fell right back asleep.
Last night, Alayna was carrying around her beloved pink coin purse when she ran to me and said "Guess WHAT??? Guess what Im gonna do with all my money? Im gonna give it all to people who dont have any money!" I pulled her tight and told her that that was one of the best things I ever heard her say and that she makes me so happy! I am doing something right with her, and am thankful that she gives me opportunities to see it. :)
